We have been trying to contact Blue Dart Gurgaon to have our order from Ebay delivered, but no body comes by from their end despite several phone calls to schedule deliveries. Moreover they dont even allow us to go to the Blue Dart office to collect the shipment despite several requests. We have received very rude responses from their customer care representatives and most of their customer care numbers show up as not working. It has been several days and there has been no delivery with lies from the agents on the online statuses that they had tried to deliver when we have been at home all along which we confirmed with all neighbours.
This isnt the first time Blue Dart Gurgaon (Sukhrali office) has done this. We would really like this resolved as soon as possible or have our money back.
