Complaint Details
I have ordered Pizza online twice for the following amounts on 8th April for 488.89 and 423.19 using my credit card. Both times amount got debited from my card and order was not placed. When contacted Dominos for the same they intimated that the store did not receive any order and intimated that within 7 days my amount will get refunded. Today is 18th April and I have not yet received the refund amount. Please help me
