I gave my Samsung Galaxy S III for service at this store, since the display got broken, They said it would cost me Rs 9000. I agreed with the same, though I work in night shift. I gave it on 2nd April 2013 and after couple of weeks 15th April 2013 around 9:30 PM I got a call from them saying white color glass is not available. I said no worries return my mobile back. I went to the store at Wednesday 17th April 2013 at 10 AM they people said we are yet to collect it from the service center asked me to come by evening. Again I went around 5 PM they said not yet came. Since I work in night shift, while I gone for my dinner around 9:30 PM to the store, I was Shocked, they said mobile is serviced, I paid Rs. 9500. No charge in mobile to check the condition.

Later I came office and charged, I got pissed-off!!!!!!!! 1) Mobile got over heat 2) Nothing where working(Apps) 3) No sound and finally 4) It was not my mobile, they have removed the IMEI number (Sticker) from my old mobile and replaced to the mobile which they gave me. 5) Mobile which I gave them was 16GB in-build memory, they had given me 32GB.

Very next day 18th April 2013, first in the morning I filed a police complaint. Same day evening I got a call from their head office and they easily say that they have changed the mother board. They will change the entire mobile. I am sure they simply trying to convince me. I am not gonna leave them until or unless they are screwed up.

My next step action is to publish this issue in Media. I see this as an public issue not as mine.
