Dear Sir/Madam
On the 25th of May i send a consignment containing a few documents from Kolkata to Jakarta using DTDC courier and they charged me INR 800. When i wanted to use their services for the same to send from ROURKELA for almost identical consignment then they charged me INR 1600.I tried to contact a few outlets and the price kept on varying between INR 1600 and INR 2000. How can i be sure of the exact pricing as it seems like a day light robbery without any pricing mechanism. I am attaching the CN note for both the services.
