hi, iCICI bank deducted rs 574 from my account and saying someone has done online transaction....although atm card was with me.... after sending so many requests to them they have not provided any details about my deducted money. it has been more than 9 months now and have not got any status about my transaction. i mailed them for refund of my money but no response
