Complaint Details
While shopping with Naaptol.com on 09.04.2013 I placed an order for KamaSutra Platinum Superthin Condums – 20pcs (Pack of 2) bearing order no.6279522 and also received confirmation sms that ‘’ thank you for the payment of Rs.393.00 against order no.6279522’’.

And same day at 1817hrs. I received another sms from Naaptol that ‘’your order no.6279481 has been cancelled as we have not received the payment’’ Because of this msg. I ordered for the same product from another merchanct !!

On 16.04.2013 at 1053hrs. I received sms from Naaptol that ‘’your order no.6279522 has been shipped via ARAMEX NPD, AWB No 4481334410’’

And yesterday, on 18.04.2013 at around 1450hrs. I received the shipment bearing order no.6279522 by ARAMEX NPD under AWB No 4481334410 . After opening that parcel your Naaptol team surprised me by shipping KamaSutra Pleasure Superthin Condumes (Pack of 2,photos attached) in place of KamaSutra Platinum Superthin Condums – 20pcs (pack of 2).

As per your TAX INVOICE (Invoice No. 20142003784 Transaction ID/Date : NPTVRT38684(12Apr) )
Product Item Name = KamaSutra Platinum Superthin condums – 20pcs * 2 Quantities
Vat(%) = 0 Qty = 1 MRP = 320 SubTotal = 320 Discount = 26
Total Amount = 320 – 26 = Rs.294 !!!!
(And 393Rs. was deducted for Naaptol team – What a cheat???)
