I had purchased 1 air cooler from naaptol and payment has also be made on the same day 1st april 2013, i had received my ordered air cooler on 11th april and was in damaged condition i informed them on there phone number as well as on email. now after so many reminders and follow ups they are ignoring to provide replacement or to refund my money. attached is the receipt from naaptol and email communications with them
