I HAVE PARTICIPATE ON THIS COMPANY'S LUCKY DRAW CONTEST PAID 699 THEY HAVE WRITEN IF WE CANT WIN ANYTHING IN LUCKY DRAW WE CAN USE OUR CREDIT OF 699 IF WE BUY.I HAVE PARTICIPATE AND I WAS NOT THAT LUCKY ONE NOW IT WAS TIME TO USE MY CEDIT POINTS OF 699RS I HAVE BOUGH POLO VALET AND PAID SAME 849rs AS THEY HAVE MENTIONED ON THEIR WEBSITE THEIR CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE TOLD ME ON PHONE THAT YOU CAN USE YOUR CREDIT POINT LIKE THIS PROCEDURE I HAVE DID SAME PROCEDURE AS THEY TOLD ME,THEY TOLD ME THAT YOUR CREDIT POINT IS 699 AND YOUR BUYING AMOUNT IS 849 WE ONLY DEDUCT 150rs from your bank account but they have used my 699 credit points + full amount of 849 i called them they forced me to buy another thing of 699 of amount but i said i dont want to buy you can not force me so they told me ok we will pay you back your 699 in your account they ask me to email my account number to them i have send them now it has been more then 10days no reply and no money received ,i call them again and ask but this time very rude behave they told me its my mistake and i will have to buy from them they will not transfer any money,i am shocked after listen their reply.
