Complaint Details
On 16 April, Vodafone deducted 100 rupeea from my phone. I called customer care, they told me that i used net. But, i had disabled net in my phone for that SIM. I use net from other SIM in my dual SIM phone. I used around 20mb of data on 16 april. Even if i used data from Vodafone SIM, they should have deducted Rs200 as their rate is Rs10 per MB. They have also done it two times before, deducting rs110 unfairly.
Kindly help me against this company to get my refund. If possible, i also want my previously deducted(unfairly) money back.
