Dear Sir
I have entered in to Annual Maintenance Contract for srevcice of my Water Purofier (Domestic use) Model NanoPure on 7/3/2012 vide payment of Rs.4500/- (receipt No.84241 attached below). 5 times service request was given over phone for regular service from Aug 2012. subsequently the machine was not working due to non attendence of the service. It was informed by the company that they have technician problem and it will be soon attened. My last service request No.22648 on 9/4/13 to the company. So for no one attended the service.I have expressed my concern to service desk representative only. But they did not give access to their manager nor his contact number for sharing my concern. Finally I have no choice except to make complaint to your office.
