I had tried online recharge OF RS. 222 from my debit cards for vodafone no. 9029701586 on 11-4-2013 at 21.22.53. The transaction id is MSPD2967534891

The amount was deducted from my bank but did not received any balance on the mobile.

Speaking to the customer executive Mr. Raju Kashinath Batade (as received msg from vodafone), he said his senior will call in 5hrs and we'll get the money in 5 days but neither has happened till date.

This has caused huge inconvenience as we neither received balance at the time of urgent need and it blocked our money and didn't refund yet.

I hope the system will do fair justice.
