I purchased a new Maruti Ritz VDI on 19 January 2013 from MG Motors Alwar , Rajasthan. My car Reg. No is RJ02CB6774. From very first day my vehicle is producing black smoke and I informed in showroom that time. They suggest me it will automatically remove in first service. After first service the problem was same.Then I again make complaint in second service but now the service-centre demanded money to sortout the problem.Then i paid 2255 Rs extra to resolve my problem but the problem was still same.Now the dealer and service-centre ignoring my complaint.I have made many complaints to Head Office maruti New Delhi and Gurgaon but all in vain.My car is still producing same black smoke.I think that it is a manufacturing fault and they do not want to resolve it

Kindly see the matter personally and make arrangements to sortout my problem and if it is a manufacturing fault then it must be replaced
