Complaint Details
I made the booking of an Illinois 3 Doorwardrome Walnut on 30th March 2013 with upfront payment of Rs. 13490. the delivery date was given as 20th April. However, after not receiving any call or intimation from Housefull we started inquiring from the customer care number given from Thursday 18th April onwards. The lady who answered the call said you delivery will be on time on 20th April between 3:00- 4:00 PM. No call received toll date from Housefull. After waiting for hours on 20th April when we called the customer care again it was told that the delivery will happen after a week. they are not taking our calls now.
