my mobile no is 9729449031. I tried online recharge on 18 april 2013 at 8:23 pm for rs 199 from airtel.in but it was not successful and amount was deducted from bank account. My transaction id is 114937. I complained for it on 18 april and complaint no was 30418633549. I got no refund till 21 april and resolution time was 20 april. My alternate contact no is 9802255471. I contacted them many times but got no satisfactory answer. I request you to please got me refunded rs 199 for online recharge against airtel transaction id 114937.
