I ordered shoes from Bata Online Store on 11th Dec 12 (Order No. 10103111 for article # 8514061). I received the delivery on 17th Dec 2012. In merely 2.5-3 months, i.e March 2013 the soul started tearing apart. I wrote a complaint to their customer service id on March 18. I received an automated response for case register with reference no: 27086. I again wrote to them after some days, I again received another reference number 29807 on April 12th. There has been no resolution for the complaint & it is really surprising to the soul wear off within 2-3 months. I took the shoes to the nearest Bata shop, but they are saying that they can't do anything for it. There has been no resolution for the complaint. A pair of shoes bought for Rs. 999 can't have this kind of poor quality. Attaching the images of the worn part.
