I booked a ticket from ahmedabad to hyderabad yesterday at 10:30pm the payment was successful but the ticket was not generated and I got a message saying that you will get a call within half n hour and don't book another ticket.I also raised a critical customer suuport ticket.I got a call at 12:00pm saying that the ticket is not booked and you should book another ticket and the time time I tried to buy another ticket the prices are gone up by 1700.Due to delay in intimation of message I got a loss of 1700.I called the customer care and this is the worst customer care I have ever seen and they said that the spicejet portal is not working that's why the ticket is not booked.
If the spicejet portal is not working why can't GOIBIBO update the same in website?
I booked the ticket at 10:30 and it took 1 and half hour for intimating me that ticket is not booked.The time at which I booked the ticket the number of ticket bookings will be less compared to morning time.So they can inform me within less time.It is due to neglegance and ineffecient staff it took lot of time.
