I am a regular customer of Reliance since 3 years but in the month of april,2012 i was facing the problem of network i used to call customer care executive but they didn't solved my problem and sometimes they disconnect my call even at today i am facing the network problem and it take almost 1year but the network team department or even reliance never show their interest over the problem or the technical team department is a fake whn used to said have patience your problem will resolved in a 3 days but today it'sn't .The great thing is that from 11.00am to 11.30am the network is gone or from 1.00am to 09.00am in night the network is gone but the basic reason behind this at this time electricity is gone with gone to electricity the signal may Nill.My question is why it's happened and my complaint no. Is 3249157415,191541315,
