Dear Sir,
I have been using Vodafone postpaid connection from march 2012 till date its my number 8884100177 in karnataka circle.Recently I have facing the problem for 3G issues,showing Roaming on home network with in Karnataka circle(IDEA,AIRTEL),not connecting toll free numbers like 1800 series,etc.I have registered a complaint againts the above this issues on 10th April 2013 after that they would agreed to resolve those problems within a week but I couldnt get any call from customercare,I have waited more than a week then i called to customer care on 20th April 2013 for know the status of my complaint.I have spoken to customer executive in postpaid division at bangalore.he couldnt ready to provide the information about my complaint status then i have requested to talk his Supervisor but he was not ready to transfer my call then i disconnected my call then again i reconnected to customer care then raised the complaint for bad customer service in my last call conversation.
I am totally dissatisfied in their service and customer support.please kindly do the needful.
