Dear Concern, This is for your kind attention I want to complaint against Reliance communications, Reliance Net Connect + were purchased my me on 25/12/2012 under a scheme with HCL TAB ME U 1 Free of cost But the scheme have one condition that I have to pay one month advance rental of unlimited scheme of Rs. 750 I had submitted Rs. 900 as advance rental till date the same is not updated in my account. Two payments also done by me for the bill .Many times i went to there Sector 9 d office from where i have purchased the dongle they always said that the same will be updated in few days but till date i have got no response.Branch manager says that i have sended mail please wait for some days. After 3 months of harassment, on 20/03/2013 i called him after seeing that the payment is still due he says that after checking i will call you he didn't call me till now and also not piking up my phone.After complaining through many online sources rs. 500 credit in my account on 23/03/2013 but the remaining 400 rs. still not credited and they don't even call me once to speak to me and settle the issue what kind of service is this how these kind of companies get license that is the reason why this country can not develop.My Net Connect + Dongle No is 9357423271,My mobile no is 9041011617.Help me if anything can possible.
