Nearly a month back, I got a marketing call on our land line (0484 2341224) from a BSNL representative and he was mentioning about their Hungama offer. He took down my email address saying that he will send me a mail with full details and login details of the Hungama service. Till date I havent receive any mail from BSNL giving me access to this Hungama Service. But BSNL has charged us Rs. 156.71 in our monthly bill (Period 1-3-2013 to 31-3-2013). I feel I have been cheated and I feel miserable about this. I went to the BSNL office and the officers over there told us that they have nothing to do with Hungam and its some other company.

May I request you to look into this complain and take necessary steps to stop this from happening again. I also understand that many people have the same complain regarding BSNL's Hungama offer.
