Complaint Details
I had submitted my tablet( Model No. P300) on 13th Feb 2013 to a service center in Pune(JobSheet No. W030519-0213-2897491). Already more than two months have passed. But the issue has not been resolved till now. Everytime I call the Customer service(Phone No. 18605008286). I get to hear that within two days, my problem will be resolved. But I see no action. I had even sent a notice via email to the email ID mentioned on the company website. But still no action has been taken, other than just giving me a new case number (MMX2103135856). Please help me get my tab repaired soon.
