Complaint Details
I want to file a complaint against online shopping website www.100bestbuy.com

I had participated in a contest on 10th march 2013(Contest : Samsung Galaxy S3 :Pay & get a chance to win) shown in their website.

I paid INR 599.00 using my credit card thinking I will have a chance to win Samsung S3 MOBILE.

I received a call (next day) from www.100bestbuy.com saying that I am a chosen 12 from 6000 people participated in the contest, In order to further qualify for samsung s3 mobile I have pay another INR 2999.00 otherwise my participation will be cancelled.
Please note that this term and condition wasn't explained to me while applying for this offer.

So I told them since this wasnt explained to me before, they said "No sir, Paying 599 RS was the initial entry to proceed further and now you will have to shell out 2999 more to participate further , otherwise your participation will stand cancelled"
I could not do anything but to tell them that I dont want to continue further and refund my INR 599 I had paid initially. The said, They cant refund it back.
I felt so cheated and betrayed by them.
Since they offered be to but anything from their website worth INR 599.00.
And now when I am looking to buy something from their website of INR 599(which i paid earlier) I am surprised that the products value is more than the MRP, this clearly gives me sense that this company is cheating customers and I have got into a trap.

I have called them again and asked them to refund the amount but there was no positive response from their end (I have all the mail communications with them)

Now, I seek your help in resolving the case.

Please look into this, as you may save several other people who are stuck in their trap.

Its been more than 45 days since there is no response from their end.
