Complaint Details
participated in the online contest and paid Rs 800 as entry fees to qualify for the contest. But when we tried calling at their customer care for further info , no one was available and phone was going switched off in continuity for many days. I cannot see any provision to get my refund back. When I checked on the website for tracing more details regarding the company , i could find many more victims who are fooled the same way. Pls help me in getting my money refunded.
