Dear Sir - I have bought a dining table on last week of March 20 13 and was promised the delivery within April 20, 2013. From 10th April till 20th April I was called 4 times to confirm address and delivery date, however till date I have not received the dining table ordered. I had to call on 22nd April to know as to why I had not received still, I was assured by the customer service that it will be delivered on 24th April, however on 24th April when I call to check the status then I m told that what I heard was wrong but the dining table will be received on 25th April. I waited all day on 25th and then call on 26th April to learn that the dining table got damaged in transport and now will take 15 days more to be delivered. Sir, the total cost of the table for Rs. 24000. I have paid Rs. 8000 already and rest have taken on finance from Future finance. The emi of which will start from 1st week of May. I need your intervention now as I think home town has cheated me and are already going to take away close to half of the money and I still dont think they will be delivering the product.
