Complaint Details
I bought a skullcandy headphones whose wire from the headphone came off in the first use and when I complained they say its because of some rough use.I used the headphones just once and the wire comes out in the 1st use,I paid 1800 thinking to get some quality product. I want a product replacement or my money back with interest. they just have a 50% discount to offer me on the next one. It was my luck that my ears were not harmed from a sudden wire malfunction but who knows it may happen with someone someday.
