I am one of the students who took admission in M.Pharm (Pharmacovigilance)2 years P.G.Degree course at NIMS Institute of Pharmacy,NIMS University, Jaipur in 2008.At the time of admission I paid the fees including Rs.20,000 as Caution money(refundable)of Hostel & Coellge.I had also paid fees of 2nd year.I recently even paid Rs.2000 as Convocation fees for awarding me the Degree Certificate.I was passed out in July 2010.I had sumbitted No Dues certificate to university after which I was provided Gate Pass to leave the premises.Till date,in these 3 years I and thousand of passed out students didnot get their caution money back even after contacting them personally at Jaipur,telephonically,through fax and email.They are also not accepting our application request in this regard.We had also provided them our bank a/c details as one The A/c officer promised us to refund the same in the 1st week of April of 2013. I and many of my collegues travelled to Jaipur for the same issue where we were frightened and harassed,even told that money will not be refunded,many times called them telephonically,done faxes and email which had spent my lot of money.Help me in getting My caution money refund of Rs.20,000 and other expenditures levied for attempts made for getting the same.
