Hi,
With great hope and after getting disappointed from the builders for my refund, I am writing all the details about the transaction in the hope of getting the refund of my money.


I bought this flat in SKM, Gurgaon on Feb 2nd, 2012 in my name and paid them 3lakhs as booking amount and as they were unable to construct anything and asked for another amount to be paid. I decided and told them to refund our money ASAP and cancel our booking. They agreed to pay me back 3lakhs plus profit on top of that as they were holding my money from the last one year.

They have finally given me Rs. 3lakhs in form of post-dated cheque(ATTACHED) for 27th of FEB, 2013 in the month of Jan, 2013. Before depositing this cheque I have reminded their accounts department, Ms. Kavita receptionist, Mr Ambrish Gupta (Accounts section at a senior position) and Mr. Amit Chaudhary (GM SKM) and still the cheque got bounced and I am charged for Rs. 200 for nothing.

Thus, I have the right to sue them, as they are just playing around and not paying my own money back.

Ambrish Gupta (Accounts Head)- 09711423215- he stopped picking my phone still i have always sent him sms regarding the reminder and my pending payment. This is main guy who promised to pay me the money back. He is pretending that he left the company.

Amit Chaudhary (GM SKM)- 09910693196 he is the general manager but never want to take any sort of responsibility and always try to say that Mr. Ambrish is responsible for the refund as he is the GM he should be responsible for any of the inefficiency of his staff.

Reception (Ms. Kavita)- 01141515051 this is their office number sometimes it works, but again of no use. This lady promised me to call back but never called back. I told her very strictly to pass on the message to the relevant and above mentioned people/department/s to make sure that you have enough money in your account still the cheque got bounced.
