I booked a mobil on univercell.in on 31st March 2013 but as told that order will be delayed,i cancelled me order on 5th April.
as per their policy i should get refund in 10days (also mentioned in mail by them).
it has been 3weeks but have not received my refund and i am paying interest for this to credit card company.
whenever i try calling them,or write a mail, i dont get their reply.. and sometimes they respond saying today we shall process but their today never came and m still waiting for my refund.
i have their mails as well.
kndly help.
