Hello,

I have placed an order with online shopping site Timtara.com

They said 'within' 21 days they will deliver the product.
now it has been more than 21 days
i don't see product delivered.
They are not lifting the phone nor replying to my countless mails.

I expect refund from them due to non delivery of product.
Please I beg you to help me in this regard.
