Sir I am consumer no 2091866610 of phone no 28546610.I have to complaint several time to get my physical bill.I have not recived my bill for due date 29/4/13From last one week I have written to all including GM but no use .MTNl help line replied me to contact accounts for bill though it is their fault .Help line should have coordinated with account and give me bill.why we want such people who pass burden on consumers for no fault of them
