Complaint Details
I placed an order for Keyboard case with booking ID PM5BB28310F7 with an advance payment of Rs700/-on 25th February 2013 with a delivery assurance within week. Since then there is no update from customer care regarding delivery. The Datawind customer care team does not bother to reply and provide me AWB no. and courier information.
Please help me to get the delivery or refund whichever possible at the earliest.
