I purchased Micromax Handset and it has an manufacturing defect as its touch screen not working properly.I request company to replace it but they refused and said get the service from Service center.i submitted the device in service center.on next day they repaired it and told me to collect.but on very next day the problem occurred again so now i want my handset replacement or refund my money.On 27 apr 2013 I give the notice to company which is attached
