Complaint Details
I have ordered a "Sony Xperia Tipo Mobile Phone"
from timtara on 12 December 2012, but the product is still not delivered.
The amount(Rs 7,999) was paid through cheque and it was cashed on the same day.
On call the call center there is no satisfying reply and on visiting the office there is no satisfactory answer and we are always asked to wait.

we have been waiting for past 4 months and we expect a quick action from you.
