I have purchased a mobile on 18/1/13 from eBay website.on that purchase I applied a coupon of running scheme of free mobile on purchase of mobile. As per company committed they will deliver the free product within 45 days of purchase. But , its already three plus months have passed. I haven't received the free product from company. I have called more than 20 times in company helpline 18002093229, that I will recive my free product. Every time they said , there promotion team will call me within 24 hour.but from last ten times I haven't recived any call. Last time almost 40 days before, I recived a call from there promotion team, they confirm my address and said they will post my free product. But ,i haven't received any product till today. From last 6 call they put my call on hold and move away on waiting almost 17 minutes , I disconnect the call.
