Complaint Details
I purchased N ASHA 200 Mobile Set on 02/02/2012 and it got software problem in the month of Nov'2012. It was handed-over to the authorised service centre of NOKIA but the same could not be repaired.Now one year Guarantee period is also over and no action is being taken by the NOKIA. Please look into the matter.
