Complaint Details
I bought a ‘Philips HTS5131/94 Sound bar Home Theatre System’ (Order #
10385802) from your website www.timtara.com on January 17th 2013 for which I
made a payment of Rs. 16,800/- through net banking from my AXIS BANK
account.

But till now i didn't received the order/item.

Even they stopped answering the phone calls .

Kindly sort this out.
