Complaint Details
My car was being towed by mudgal motors, ajmer as it was a case of highway break down and i was entitled for free towing facility as a part of the warranty package. The car got damaged as it got slammed into the towing vehicle itself during towing. Now the dealership is not ready to pay for the damage incurred. it happened on 27october 2012 and it has over 6 months now. they are not listening and the car is still damaged. the matter has been reported to TATA motors as well but they are also not resonding positively.
