Complaint Details
Tata docomo's customer care services are too poor.
*Their customer care exacutives are not able to provide the full solution to my problems.
*THE BIGGEST PROBLEM IS THAT I CAN'T TALK TO CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE FOR MORE THEN 1 TIME IN 24HRS.
In the binging while i told them that they were saying that it is not possible but now they are telling me to call from other Tata Docomo cell phone for talking again with the customer care executives.
*The Customer care Executives refusing to accept the complains and telling me to file complain by mailing the problem on "listen@tatadocomo.com" if i have any problem with tata docomo's services.
When i send mail about my complain with my full contact details i get the mail that "we will respond to you within 48 hours. " but i don't get any respond from them.
*Tata Docomo is not able to provide proper network as per their advertise are showing.
I travel from Gandhinagar to Ahmedabad every day but my cell phone lose the network on the way few times. and Tata docomo is useless for me and even for everyone,while i go to any rural area or any village just 4-5km away from the CAPITAL OF GUJARAT.
