Hello Sir,

I buyed a product from Star CJ on 11th April.

Product Name:- Birla Hand Blender.

The product I got was dead and also broken.

I called StarCJ and asked them for a REFUND. They said they wont refund but they will exchange.

But I saw at the back of their bill that its clearly written that I can ask for a Refund/Replacement in 48 hours.

They said its not possible.

THey just exchanged the product for me and also the things they shown on TV that It can crust ICE it doesn't works.

The product is with me and in unused condition.

I want a full refund and also fine from that company.

They are not following their own TOS. What they expect from us then.

I have all the proofs needed.

I hope I get a help.
