Complaint Details
I have booked 1 Aakash tablet and paid full amount of 2999/- through chq no. 115238 of Union Bank of India, Sagar on 24 June 2012. They assured me to deliver the device in June 2012. Since then, they are postponed the delivery. In feb. 2013 they send a email, mentioning the earlier device is out of stock so please upgrade your order to 7C+ model by paying the balance amount, the device will be delivered within 72hours. I paid the remaining sum through net banking and still waiting for the device. In April 2013, they informed me that the device is despatched through BlueDart Courier service via AWB No.43502871775. After few days, I talked to BlueDart, they replied the AWB No. is wrong. Since, then no body is replying my emails, they never attend phone calls.
