I bought shoes from online store of yepme.com for Rs. 499. But the shoes were not in right condition so I asked for refund.
I was provided a check after 15 days.I sent the check for clearence but the account details are wrong.Signature of account holder doesn't match.I have called customer care and I was charged 80 rs for a single call and 100 rs. were deduced for returning back the check by the bank. For the check of 500 rs. I have already paid 200 rs. But there is no rsponse by their side when I have explained the problem throgh email also.
