R/sir,
My complaint against the falls promise of the companies sales officers/executive /seniors who before receiving money convinced me that my suit will booked at Mumbai on 28th of august 2012 but when I reached Mumbai they just denied their promise of order id 10180559579.
another complaint i registered to customer care of order id 1018259299,the sales officer promise me to supply a laptop with my order placed,they promise me to send at my doorstep on 15th of feb.2013,they have verified my name address two times as per their rule,but still I'm waiting for my laptop.my complaint is that the falls commitment of the sales officer and after complaint the higher authority purposely save their employees.no solutions I get from company therefore,I'm writing to this consumer forum. thanks,
