R/sir,
my complaint is that of my order,ID #1266 DATED 16/04/2013 Rs.39999/-‏
sir,since last three months the company eemployeis Ms.Neha, Ms.ashita, Ms,Ahmad Mr.Sylvestor,has regularly promised me platinum membership offer,from which I get 70% discount on every purchase by online,if I by company product,but after ordering and paying money,they did not send me any confirmation email and even still I'm waiting for my concierge video cone kit,after so many emails calls to customer care they replied that because companies server lost so they have not sent confirmation emails,this reply has upset me.
sir,on 27th of april Ms Neha has phoned me and wanted my credit card detail,photo,pan card etc by scanned copy through a linked phone saying that the phone linked to Ministry of commerce govt. of India and I have give details them,when I replied that my bank has strictly guided me do not give any detail to any person.sir,than after the madam Ahmad from ministry of commerce shouted on company's employee.Sir, it was again cheating by employees of company itself.It is my complaint against the conspiracy by company that after getting money just divert the matter so the customer may not get his goods/facility they have promised before receiving money by online.
please look into the matter and see the recorded phone call by company, because they have the record as they said.
