I purchased a pendrive from rediff.com (Order no. 7834559) on dt. 5th march,2013 but didn't received it till date. I also informed site about the same & complaint (Complaint No. 013-313-272)for about 5 times by mail & about 4-5 times by telephonic conversation, they replied but didn't gave any satisfactory answer or assurance. Please take suitable action asap. I am attaching a file having my complaints which I registered to the site through mails.
