Respected Sir I, Nitin Kumar Joined In HIET(HCTM Techanical Camupus) kaithal as lecturer in Mech. Deptt. on 22/07/2011 and served at this institute almost for 1 year than i was resigned from that institute. so my complaint is that they deduct Rs. 2000 per month from my salary as a security and total deducted amount is rs. 16000 equals to my one month salary but when i live that institute they did not refund my security and not issue me an experience certificate which is most valuable for me and harassed me regarding this matter so i request you solve my problem I shall be thankful to you.
