On dt.23/4/2013 Onida G715 mobile received dead vide Order No.3002225860 for which Rs.1648 paid through credit card Basically IME No. in invoice and a singed warranty card required to be provided. ONIDA service center ask for IME No. and a signed warranty card.But I can not present as same was not provided by indiatimes which is require to provide me alongwith the invoice.I had requested continuously from dt.23/4/2013 through customer care center and through email for the same but not provided the revised invoice with IME No.and signed warranty card by the Indiatimes till the date.Beside a coupon for Rs.250 require to provide for credit card payment which is not given.
