Complaint Details
Purchased a "Chair Sofa bed Black queen size" on the 11th April; today 28th April, while 2 adults were lying on the sofa, the same fell to the ground at one end. Upon inspection, welding on the frame has broken. On calling the contact person, was told to call again tomorrow and "not disturb them"

Same has resulted in physical injury to family member.
