Respected Sir.
With reference to above subject, I want to say that I had given order through online shopping via www.timtara.com for one (01 No) LAVA A11 MOBILE (Order No-10340468) dated 17th Oct, 2012. It costs Rs.2650, which I paid through Debit card of HDFC Bank. The same day I received order confirmation from www.timtara.com through my email ID also.

This is very perplexing to note that the ordered product has not yet been delivered. I have sent reminder many times, also through ,ops1@timtara.com,nisha@timtara.com &payal@timtara.com but my mail has not been replied to. I tried to contact through cus-care many times (cus.care no 09555321321) but each time I was disappointed to have had no any positive response.

I went on waiting eagerly for the product but…..all in vain !


In view of above you are requested to enquire into this case and extend your kind co-operation towards me by helping me either get my product or the amount paid get refunded.
