Complaint Details
I ordered three samsung galaxy note 2 mobile phone from www.timtara.com @ 34190/- each worth total 1,02,570 on 10th december 2012. I had cancelled all my products on 12th december as i dont want them and according to policy of timtara.com i have the rights to cancel my product before it is being shipped.But till date i have not received my money back, i called them hundred of times for refund and they always have only one answer that they will refund back within two days. I am highly frustated of that and i send them a legal notice but they did not reply of that. I heard about CCRC and i hope u can help me as soon as possible and will return my money back.
