Sir, on prior confirmation from the customer care of idea I got recharged my mobile No 8058734360 for activation of the 3G services on 14 Apr 13. I got the confirmation message from 51985 that Apka Rs 249 3G pack shigra activate ho jayega.Phone/Netsetter ki Network Setting me pehli bar Oasis/Airtel ka 3G Network select karen & payen Idea 3G Speed." I am sorry to say that the 3G services never provided from the very begining ie 14 Apr 13 on the pretext of some court order. If it was so, then confirmation should not be given for activation. However, I immediately contacted the customer care of the idea but of no use. The customer care executives misguided me that this will be restored shortly. Some of them told me that you will get your refund through your retailer. I also contacted the retailer also but he showed his inability to help me as he too was not getting satisfactory replies from the customer care. I contacted the senior of the customer care, appellete officer Mr Rajiv Bhandar, Mr Pradeep but of no use. I reuest you to please instuct the company for refund if not capable of giving the 3G services for reasons whatsoever and not by my fault.
